Big Trucks

Grandpa, Grandma, Lucy and I went to see big trucks at the library.  I had a super proud Dad moment we
when Lucy climbed up a huge ladder on a tractor. She could barely reach each next step and a stranger behind us said "that's one brave girl!" (Dad evem struggled a bit on the ladder after her).

Lucy Green Thumb

Lucy helped me water this new plant at Bliss.  She did such a great job watering with our tenant's watering wand that I bought her a purple one to help us water at out house.

Cut 'Em Down Lucy

Well, Dad cut down the spruce and crab apple in the front yard.  He also was in a hurry and accidently ran over his chainsaw.  He got it running but needs to replace the smashed throttle end.

Pacific Coast-Washington

Isaac's first time seeing the Pacific Ocean!  We made it to the coast Saturday evening and stayed at Kalaloch Campground.  Sunday morning we continued up the coast to start a backpacking trip along the coast.

Seattle

We left for the Minneapolis Airport at 4:30 AM.  After a layover in Denver we arrived in Seattle around noon.  We picked up our 2013 Toyota Camry and drove to Pikes Market.  We met Steve Sherman (Kerry's good friend from college) and his girlfriend, Gwen, at Pikes Market.  We ate fish tacos and clams and caught up, sharing past adventures and future hopes.  We moved onto Olympia and picked up Aimee and Jack.
