Dancing to Classic Rock
We had classic rock on today and the kids were loving it. They treated us to interpretive dance at the end of lunch. The music is actually all Rolling Stones and Led Zepplin but I had to cut out the sound so avoid copyright issues on YouTube.

Sunday Sledding
We gave the kids their final Xmas gift now that there was enough snow. These beast are built in Europe (Rated for a 120 Kg rider!), have steering, brakes and a pull cord to grab for huffing your sled back up the hill!

Kerry Biking on Zwift
Zwift turns biking into a video game of sorts. The machine the bike is on knows how fast you are riding and increases or decreases the resistance with hills and drafting. On the screen (TV, laptop, ipad or phone) you can see other riders who are riding with you and compete against them. You also get fun stats that your speed and watts (power) produced during the ride. This morning I rode with almost 1,200 other people!
