Of Thee I Sing America
Lucy has been battling some gerd the last few weeks in which she feels like she is going to puke. Then a couple of days ago she popped a fever (Charlie was battling that all week). She didn't have a fever this morning but said her stomach felt tight. We decided to get in the car and start going there. She was fine in the car and once she got to the warm up practice seemed great. Sometimes she gets pretty hung up on that gerd feeling of puking. She looked fantastic all concert. Then the last song came and I got very worried she was going to puke all over the stage. In the end, I got her outside right after this song. With some fresh air she bounced back and celebrated with her choir mates.

Up North Ice Skating
We were excited to cross country ski. Kerry and I got out for a short ski the evening we got up north. Unfortunately it rained all night and wiped out all of the ski trails in the area, even the UP. Fortunately, once again, we were able to have fun outside on the ice. The ice got smoother and smother as the vacation went on. The kids got better and better at it too. Kerry joined in once and a while. I shoved snow off the lake or shuffled around with them.
